TubeBuddy & VidIQ
I’m trying to decide between TubeBuddy and VidIQ for growing my channel. Has anyone here used both? Which one is better for keyword research and finding content ideas as a beginner?
Great question - I’ve actually used both!
TubeBuddy is awesome for things like A/B testing thumbnails and optimizing your titles/tags. But VidIQ has a stronger focus on keyword research, especially with their keyword score tool and trending tab.
For beginners, I usually recommend starting with VidIQ’s free plan just to get a feel for what’s working in your niche. Then maybe upgrade later if you need advanced features.
