For me, it was a mix of:
✅ Creating Shorts consistently
✅ Sharing videos on WhatsApp and Facebook groups
✅ Commenting on bigger channels in my niche (and some people actually clicked through!)
I still remember how excited I was when I saw “101 Subscribers” 🥹💯

For me, it was sharing my videos on WhatsApp status every time I posted.
My friends and family didn’t always comment, but they watched, and that helped with early views!
I joined a small support group on Telegram where we all watched and liked each other's content.
That push got me to 100 subs faster than I expected 💪
Honestly, YouTube Shorts did it for me. I posted 1 Short every day for a week, and one of them got 1.5k views — that alone brought in like 30+ subs 😭🔥
I was commenting on other channels in my niche and dropping VALUE — not spamming.
Some people checked my profile and subbed. Slow growth, but real subscribers 🙏
What helped me most was asking my first viewers to like, comment, and subscribe clearly in the video.
Once I added a strong CTA, things started moving.
Now aiming for 200 subs soon 😎🚀
