Jeffery Okafor

I'm super pumped after this lesson! My #1 goal is to hit 1,000 subscribers by the end of the year. 💪 I’m committing to working on my channel 5 days a week, even if it’s just 30 minutes a day. Let’s gooo!

Bryan Williams

Jeffery Okafor That’s a solid plan, Jeffery! Consistency wins on YouTube. 💯 Can’t wait to celebrate your first big milestone with you!

Christian

This lesson really made me realize I’ve been all over the place with my content. 😅 My goal now is to stay focused on ONE niche. I’m setting aside Saturday mornings for deep work on my channel. 🚀

Mikel Steve

Christian Same here, Christian! Focus is such a game changer. I'm dedicating Sundays for planning and uploading. Let’s stay accountable!

Emmanuella

Honestly, just making it a habit to log into YouTube Studio every day is a big step for me 😂 My goal is to build momentum without stressing myself out too much.

Henry Robert

Emmanuella Haha SAME 😅 Tiny daily actions add up fast though. Checking analytics daily keeps me motivated too. You're on the right track!

Maxwell

Wow, so many awesome plans here already! 🎯 Loving the energy in this group!

Roland Samuel

This is exactly the kind of motivation I needed today. Let’s keep each other accountable!

James Morison

Everyone’s goals are inspiring 🔥 Can’t wait to see the wins start rolling in!

Erik Silver

Quick question: Is it okay to batch lessons and watch multiple in one sitting, or should I space them out to take action first?

Nelly Brown

Erik Silver Totally get this! I batch-watch when I have time, but I always make sure to pause and write down at least one action to take before moving on. Keeps things from getting overwhelming

Robinson

Is 1 video a week enough to grow at the start, or do we need to push out more?

Bright Okoro

Robinson Yes! One video a week is actually perfect when you're just starting. Focus on improving with each upload and being consistent. Quality over quantity in the beginning 💯

Claribel

How do you guys plan your weekly schedule? I'm still struggling to find time after work

Rose Amanda

Anyone else feel like they’re starting late? I’m just now getting serious about this 😅

Vivian

Rose Amanda Me too 😂 but better late than never! I’ve seen people grow channels at ANY age or stage. We’re all starting from somewhere - the point is, we’ve started!

Susan Patrick

This lesson really helped me reset my expectations. I’ve been jumping from strategy to strategy - now I’m ready to commit and follow the plan all the way

Franklyn

Susan Patrick Same here. It’s easy to chase shiny objects. Sticking to ONE blueprint like this just makes more sense now.

Comfort

Taking this seriously now. I’ve had my channel for months but never uploaded. This course gave me a clear structure I’ve been missing.

Bryan Williams

Comfort That’s powerful - action follows clarity. You’ve got this! Just focus on uploading your first 3 videos. Don’t wait for perfect

Victor

I almost skipped this lesson, thinking I already knew how to take courses 🤦‍♂️ but I’m glad I didn’t. Now I’m setting goals for each module.

Jennifer

Victor Same here! It gave me a whole new approach - treating it like a mission, not just casual learning.

Rollins

I’m stuck overthinking my niche again 😓 I keep switching between 3 ideas and it's slowing me down. Anyone else dealing with this?

Ruben

Rollins Yes, I was in that exact spot. I just picked ONE that I was 80% sure about and committed for 30 days. It helped me stop spinning and actually take action.

Hillary

It’s hard not to compare myself to other YouTubers who already have 100k+ subs. Makes me wonder if I’m too late.

Nduka

Hillary I feel you, but remember - every big creator started with 0 subs too. There’s still so much room to grow, especially if you follow a solid blueprint like this one.

Kingsley

This might sound dumb, but I’m confused about where I’m supposed to track progress. Should I be using a journal, spreadsheet, Notion...?

Bryan Williams

Kingsley Not dumb at all! Start simple - even a basic checklist or Google Doc is fine for now. What matters is tracking something so you stay consistent. You can level up later.

Sandra

Nice one
